Molex offers a wide variety of terminal blocks and barrier terminal strips for both wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications. Only a screw driver is needed to terminate the wires to a connector. The products are offered in numerous pitches, rows, levels and configurations.

• PCB blocks are available in one-piece fixed mount or two-piece plug and board header.

• Barrier terminal strips are available with many terminal styles, such as PC tail, solder turret, wire wrap, and quick disconnect.

Custom Blocks

Although Molex's broad range of terminal blocks fulfill the needs of almost any termination application for discrete wiring, you may find the need for a custom terminal block. Our highly trained staff of engineers have designed and developed hundreds of custom blocks. Examples include:

• special hardware assemblies

• special riveted bracket on mounting ends

• special material and molding with special pads

• extra long sleeved terminal

• special molding ends with cover

Ferrules

Molex has ferrules for use with your terminal blocks. Ferrules, once crimped onto the end of wire, address stability to the conductor end and assures that no damage will occur to the wire brush, especially if it will be repeatedly terminated and unterminated. Color coded pre-insulated ferrules also aid in wire size identification.
